How does one get adobe to fix this issue for a veteran student?

How does one get through to a real person?  I have yet to find a way to get an answer as to why I still can not get my[edited by moderator] serial number...any help would be greatly appreciated.

- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer

Master_Buckmeister, I am sorry you are encountering problems contacting our support team or reviewing your serial number. It does appear you also encountered problems when contacting our support team last month and the case was eventually closed due to lack of response.

 

You can find information on how to locate your serial number at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html.  The serial number is listed and available.  Please use a different web browser, smartphone, or tablet to look up the serial number or contact our support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.  

 

The current browser and/or computer is currently blocking your ability to establish a stable chat connection.  This same unresolved configuration error can also block your ability to work with secure forms to locate your serial number.

Greetings,

I have a slight issue on both ends.  I had tried as suggested last month a different web browseer (My browser of choice is Firefox) which were Ice Dragon, Chrome, and Opera with getting the same error message of it being too old.  I had also tried my laptop with no luck and for grines and giggles my iPad just to see if I would get something different each time I got the exact same error, Too Old.

 

Today I had recieved and here is the response I got "I was able to touch base with my Adobe rep on this product and she indicated that the product redemption code has been inactivated in their system per direction of Best Buy. Please return to Best Buy to complete a return or exchange of the product. This is no longer a viable product."

 

So from the looks of things I am stuff out of luck (please replace the words that a veteran would actually say and in vast quantities).  Trust me when I say I can not afford to pay a monthly fee on a very limited income for a lot of school work.

Master_Buckmeister, can you please post the case number from your interaction with our support team?  The only interaction I am showing is from May 8, 2020, when you became unexpectedly disconnected.

 

Are you able to follow the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html?  The serial number should be listed under then plans option at the top of the screen, or by clicking on Register a Product on the left-hand side.

If this allows me to post the entire email this is what I got from a company which takes the number under the bar code where ist says "Scan to Activate" and gives me a code to turn into Adobe for the serial number:

 Hello James,
