Hi, I have a question. As I know, when you buy Windows 10, you get an Adobe set already ready to go. What about 11? Will I have to buy it?

I may misunderstand, but if you find someone offering a free copy of paid Adobe software with a new computer, it's a scam. But note that you may find free TRIALs of software - 7 days then pay - and entirely free software like Acrobat Reader.

Some computer makers like Dell will ship computers with pre-installed products by Microsoft and Adobe.  But you typically pay extra for it.  And OEM software can't be transferred to another machine.

No. Adobe software is separate. It does not come free with  Windows 10 or Windows 11.

you shouldn't have any problem. install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
