How to actually contact support?

The page https://helpx.adobe.com/de/contact.html actually contains no phone numbers or possibility to start a chat, it seems like a generic FAQ.

The page https://helpx.adobe.com/de/contact/what-contact-options.html contains no phone numbers, links to chats or anything else, if i click on any "contact support" link i'm stuck in the FAQ again.

This is really frustrating since i have a specific question that is mentioned absolutely nowhere:

I recently started studying again and get the full CC-Suite via my Uni for a smaller fee than my current photo-bundle. Will it get auto-cancelled or do i have to do that myself?
