Hello,
I'd like to cancel the Adobe subscription, could anyone help me how can I do it. I don't understand why does it say that if I cancel I would be charged by a great amount of money.

You didn't say which plan you purchased. The annual plans with an annual commitment are deeply discounted from the monthly plans that can be terminated at any time. That's why Adobe has a fee for early cancellations of an annual plan.

Hi,
I see that you have a Creative Cloud all apps plan. You are being charged a cancellation fee as you are trying to cancel before the annual contract ends. You may want to get in touch with support for more information around the same.
