How to cancel my subscription?

Alright, so I bought the Creative Cloud All Apps subscription for $21.99/mo, but bought it under my university email. 

I want to cancel, but cannot because I need administrator permission. However, I didn't realise this would happen and now I cannot cancel anything, there's no option for cancelling. 

If I don't cancel within the next few days, I won't be able to get a refund, and it'll continue to take $21.99 out of my account every month for the first year, then $50.99/mo the next year.

What do I do?
