How to contact Adobe for a billing issue

I recently uninstalled the PRO version of Acrobat Reader. I then installed the free version. How can contact Adobe to make sure they stop charging me for the PRO version?

Simply uninstalling the application will NOT cause you to stop paying for it.

To do so you need to cancel your subscription: Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

Be aware there might be a large fee associated with doing it, especially if you signed up for a yearly subscription.

I figured that unstalling would not automatically cancel the billing but I didn't know where to go to do that.

Thank you for providing that link. I went there and successfully cancelled the subscription.

I didn't realize that I was ordering the "CLOUD" plan. Do you know a phone number or mailing address that I can contact to dispute the charges?

Adobe doesn't like it when we post the phone number of their support... You'll need to do it through their (not very user-friendly) website: Contact Customer Care

I took up a free 7-day trial of Acrobat Pro DC and although I cancelled it after 5 days and received a 'We’re sorry to see you go' confirmation email, I've just been billed. I can find no way of actually contacting Adobe to report this. I've clicked on various links to contact them and made sure I'm signed in, but all that happens is that I get taken to the 'Welcome to Adobe Customer Care! Need help?' (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html) which does not have any contact details that I can find, or any online chat facility - can anybody help?

There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
