you just need a compatible browser and perhaps country.  anyway, try a mobile phone browser.

it's in the lower right when using a compliant browser.  do you have a mobile?

Make sure you allow ALL cookies on Adobe site too. For some reason people are disabling cookies and so it can't know you're logged in.

i use Brave and i have enabled all cookies and disable pop up blocker.

i connect from france and there is no chat pop up.

i connect also to USA with a VPN and there is no chat pop up.
