How to get log of adobe reader activity history?

My account was illegally hacked by someone I know (I'm a domestic violence survivor).
I need to access the adobe logs that show my account activity history as evidence.
the Contact Us function gives me a virtual assistant who doesn't understand.
Please help me.

without a subscription, i don't think you'll be able to use chat, though you can try.

you'll most likely need to use x/twitter.

There is a way to chat with a person

This link will go directly to the chat option

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
