How to get my refund

Please let me know how to get refund. I was charged £68 for 1 year contract. I cancelled it right away. Please help. Thankyou

    As per your account info, you cancelled for the Acrobat premium subscription on 8th day, hence you're eligible for complete refund.

    Please wait for 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

    1 year for that amount doesn't sound's like a mobile, student or stock subscription, not the more typical individual subscription.  for what kind of subscription are you being charged?
