How to remove a subscription from my account? (while keeping my account)

I used to have a CC subscription, I now have a subscription through my university which give me "adobe for enterprise". I keep on getting messages that I need to update my payment method on my old CC subscription but I don't want to. I already have access to all apps via Adobe for Enterprise. I can't contact Adobe Help because the chat says "A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help." My admin can't solve this because it has nothing to do with Adobe for Enterprise. They say Adobe needs to remove the old subscription. How to fix this?

You will have to contact support for this. Logout of your enterprise account and login to your personal account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Hi Manan, thanks for your answer. The problem is that I only have one account. In that one account, I see my old subscription and the Abobe for enterprise.
