How to remove my credit card from an account that's not mine

Like a dummy, I put my credit card info on an account of a family member thinking they would soon replace it with one of their own. For reasons beyond my control that's not happening.

Is there a way I can remove MY credit card from the adobe system?

If not, what happens if I put a stop payment on transaction with Adobe with my credit card company?

Does the account owner get in trouble?

i don't see that you have any option other than reporting the issue to your credit card issuer.

the account holder will be prompted to fix the payment menthod before the problem is reported and affects their credit rating.
