How to reuse USA ADOBE listed email address when opening EUROPE based account.

Question

Hello, I spent 2 hours today on the phone and chat today with Adobe...I had Photoshop for 20 years in USA where I opened a gmail account. I am unable to add new payment option as Adobe appears to not allow EU based VISA card payment as a ZIP code is still required when opening up in Dutch Adobe website. Dutch VISA card has diff. postal code. AdditionAdobe chat support wants me to create a NEW email address for a new Netherlands based account. Who can help me? Thank you very much. Arjen

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:
