How to stop being billed for product

I have the free plan for Adobe Creative Cloud but I purchased adobe illustrator and I'm getting billed monthly. I need to cancel my subscription now but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this. There is no "manage plan" option, but only "upgrade plan."
