I cannot enter my account, I cannot open my plans, it shows error message but Im sucesfully charged for the programs I dont even have installed,
More than likely you'll need to talk to customer support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
When you talk to them, be sure to tell them your operating system, the programs you're having issues with, and the exact error message or messages you see.
