I accidentally bought Premiere Pro on an email account that doesn't exist.

I already had the Adobe Creative Cloud app bought and downloaded with my student discount. I thought I would have Premiere Pro access but I only got a seven-day trial and was left with "Buy Now". So I bought just Premiere Pro but when it asked me to sign in for access I accidentally typed in my email wrong and it accepted it somehow without verification (that I can't receive cause it's not real). I tried changing my email so that it would switch over to my actual email but it just says error.

if you (not your school) manages your subscription, contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe rep
