I recently purchased the Adobe student plan but when I try to sync it to my account it only lets me have the seven day trial of some of the programs and won't even let me access things like Firefly I need help.

your school probably offers adobe subscriptions and using your school email caused the problem.

check, https://account.adobe.com using your school email/adobe id

I called there sales department and their sales Rep was able to contact me with the call center. They were able to take care of the issue.

TLDR is when I created Adobe account I was using the credentials for my school account. But the subscription was under the Adobe account. So instead of clicking on the school account option, I had to click on the personal account. The call center was able to resolve this for me thank you so much for your help though much appreciated especially with the promptness.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

It's telling me that I don't have access to Firefly, when I'm supposed to because I'm using the student program that gives you access to all of the products. And it's telling me that I'm on the trial. For Acrobat and illustrator as well as anything else that I want to use.
