Dear everyone,

I started with my free trial Adobe purchase, speficing the annual with monthly payment agreement.

Then, I forgot to cancel my free trial and automatically it began the annual agreement, but the money in my card weren't enough so no money was taken. This, until few days ago when I recharged my card for other purposes and I had the bill from Adobe. Now I want to cancel and withdraw from my agreement but if I go in the " Plans and Category" window in my account it says that I have no paid plans. 

How I do?
