I can't cancel my plan.

I don't want to buy my plan whose trial version has ended. I also did not use it during the trial period. I can't cancel the plan. I don't want to update my card information. I want to cancel this plan directly and do not want adobe to try to withdraw money from my credit card anymore. What had I better do? When I press the Manage plan button, it asks me to update my card information. I can't cancel my plan.

you must get this done within 1 week if your trial is just now ending.
