When I go to cancel my plan, I get this message: ,,You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan.
If you take no action, your plan will be suspended."
Could anyone help me out getting the plan cancelled? My kid bought it for fun, but we don't have enough money to buy things like that for now . ❤️

As the message says, you must resolved payment issues before you can cancel.
