I can't find my order but paid for

Hi,

I have a problem, i took a new option (photography 20g) and paid for it (11.99€) but i also have the creative cloud for photography 1To (23.99€), i don't need both (which are almost the same)but when i want to cancel the first one (11.99€) i can't find it on my profil, even when i copy-paste the receipt number, there is nothing. I would like to cancel and be refund for the 11.99€. I don't know how to do...

I took a screenshot of the payment on my paypal, you can see it below (sorry it's in french !)
