I can't cancel my subscription because I can't log into my account! I insist that you cancel my subscription immediately and refund my money! I haven't opened an Adobe app once because I can't log into my account! When I try to log in, I wait for the email verification code, but it never comes. Is this a scam? I need help! If you don't cancel my subscription immediately, I will contact my lawyer about this scam. I paid for two months and cannot even use the program. I had to create a new account just to write to you because you don't even have normal customer service. I am paying with the email address <Email removed by Mod>, but I cannot log in. Thank you!

why can't you cancel?
and no one here can cancel for you. you have to cancel yourself.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

I can see that you have an active subscription for Acrobat Pro since 1 month and 15 days. Refund can only be initiated if the subscription is cancelled within 14 days of the purchase. Have you never been able to download/install the application?
