I canceled my plan about two months ago because it was charging me $30 every month, I woke up this morning and saw another transaction for $30 for my subscription even though it was already canceled. I went to go see if it was canceled and it last time I checked it said plan canceled, but it told me to cancel again it would charge me $50?! That's outrageous, I canceled my plan two months ago and I'm being charged $80 for it I have never been so upset before, I want my money back, I am never doing business with adobe again. Give me my money back. I canceled it two months ago why is money still being taken out of my account??

You got an e-mail to confirm the cancel. If you did not get this e-mail, your cancel was probably stalled. Use the links as provided by @John T Smith to contact customer care.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
