I cancelled my free trial but was still charged

Hello, I was still charged the £30 price despite cancelling my free trial as I realised I couldn't use the Adobe creative cloud properly due to reasons that aren't relevant to this. Can I please get an immediate refund as the money it took for me I desperately needed to have. It has left me in a position as a student where I will suffer due to this now.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Adobe Community Professionals, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
