I want to cancel my acrobat pro-DC monthly subscription, but the cancel option under my plan is unavailable. I have started online chat under the Adobe support section. However, the initial conversation seems like machine feedback which then forwarded to a representative that could not connect even after an hour.
I even called the 24x7 customer care numbers but could not get any representative for live conversation except hearing machine prerecorded audios for several minutes.
Adobe should address such poor communication and end the practice of explicitly making it difficult for user to cancel their subscription.
