I cannot see option to change Plan despite no problems with payment

I am a Photography Plan subscriber since 2019 but considering a change to the Lightroom only plan with 1Tb of storage. However, when I click on 'Manage Plan' this all I see - i.e., no option to change plan, only to cancel.

My payment is due on the 17th of the month and so far there are no flags or notifications to say there is a problem with payment.

yo'll need to cancel first to change.  but it's best to do that with the aid if adobe support so you avoid a possible penalty.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Thanks kglad!

I think I am out of the minimum term so should be able to change without penalty. What I would prefer not to do is enter into another minimum term contract so will contact Adobe  anyway.

Thanks for the heads-up abour scammers btw. 😉

to avoid penalty for your next plan consider a monthly subscription.  but yes, discuss with adobe support.

p.s. you'll get a transcript of your chat.  keep that if you're made promises about how the next subscription will work.  eg, cost, terms etc.
