I'd like to get a refund without cancellation fee for the cancellation fee.

Hello. I'd like to get a refund without cancellation fee for the cancellation fee. The reason is that I couldn't do it myself even if I wanted to cancel the free experience within the period. I couldn't find the same menu on my account as the Cancel Free Experience page shown in the help on Adobe homepage.

 

in my account / Where is Manage Plan button? Where is Cancle button??

 

 

I can't believe !!

Adobe removed the cancel free experience button from the page

and proceed with automatic payment!

I'm really angry.

Please contact support and tell them your problem, they will help you with the cancellation fees waiver as much as they can.  Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
