I did not extend my subscription
Hello! I was charged for Adobe, but I only purchased this for one year. I signed for student's plan for one year. (they charged me 19,66 eur even if they claimed that it would be 16,25 with VAT inlcuded)
Now I see in my bank account that I have been charged almsot 2 times more for montly fee (35,57 eur) and I did not even extend my subscription. Can you please help me?
I can not fine email of custoemr support. Only chat bot is talking to me and does not understand my concern.
I wanted to cancel the plan that has been charged for me and only lets me to cancel it for a huge fee 195,66 €.
This is not fair. Can you please do something about it? I do not use this, why should I be charged. March should have been the final month for my one year subscription.
