if that's no help, you can contact adobe support (unless you suspect someone is fraudulently using your card). there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I am also having the same issue. I need to get a refund, and adobe had been unresponsive regarding the matter.  I am thinking of going to corporate headquarters for this one. Does anyone have thoughts as to what could be done?
