Hello
I am in the following situation where I get the Error of: We can’t verify your subscription status when I try load XD only (Screen shots attached). I am able to load other Adobe products. My account is fully paid and upto date.

I have taken the following steps
- I have followed all the steps on: https://helpx.adobe.com/africa/download-install/kb/licensing-errors.html#1xx
- I have reinstalled Windows (fresh installation)
- I have logged out of my laptop (which used my second seat)
Please can you assist me
