I have a complaint about the billing of my adobe premiere pro monthly subscription. I got charged almost double the mentioned amount. I paid from UAE, therefore in dirhams. In the invoice i received it says 36.21 dollars, but I got charged 62.17 dollars in total. This is my first time purchasing adobe product. They billed me two times, (first time it was 91.33 dirhams i.e- 24.87 dollars, and the second time it was 136.99 dirhams i.e- 37.30 dollars) therefore I got charged a total of "228. 32 dirhams" i.e- "62.17 dollars" just for a monthly subscription. What just happened?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
