PLEASE Help,
i'm getting so much frustration. (From the netherlands) my english is typewise fine but talking on the phone does not work for my.
5 months ago i have been helped with a problem on the chat! (Macbook) now i cant find anywhere on my phone how i can do it again. Is this because off the phone.
adobe is making me crazy. Storry short, i have been paying 5 times 36 euro for a adobe indesign and i can not find back from what acount. Or how i get my money back.
i'm alteady paying for in design , but because i do not understand hoe the f this can get so complicated I purchased a 1 year account. I didnt even know how i did that, so talking on the chat someone finnaly helps me en gifs me discount because it was mistake and i do not have that kinda money. So I was happy.
but for a couple of months i have been dealing with depression and didn't notice. But now i am looking at my paypal and seeing i have been paying TWICE now. And only the account for in design where i got the discount on is the only account I can find.
I'm getting so crazy. I can cry on how dificult this all works. Please help!

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
