I haven't agreed to extend my acrobat subscription but they keep charging after one year.
so I reach out to customer service to get that sorted but I had chat with them 3 times and when chat reaches to my cancellation request, they leave the chat and don't response. What kind of customer service is that??
so until so far, I keep charging for the service I barely use and if I want to cancel, I need to pay for $156 for cancellation fee!! I never experience this kind of thing on Amazon or Google or any other company!!
