Question

I'm getting charged for Acrobat after cancelling

Anyone know how to talk to a customer service rep without an active account?  I can't get past the AI bot, because my account is inactive.  Of course their billing department is still charging me.

I am experiencing the same problem; ADOBE is charging a CANCELED credit card.  I cannot get a resolution on this, ADOBE does not make it easy to contact customer service.  Chat agent will disconnect the chat, and hide behind anonymity with no accountability

Actually, it is giving me the option to restart the photography plan that I cancelled years ago. I am getting charge for Adobe Acrobat Pro, but that doesn't show up in my plans at all.  I did find an invoice for it though.  Their billing department is apparently working off of a different database than customer facing accounts.
