I'm having a problem with cancelling the $9.99 plan. Before, I had cancelled this plan, but then I received an email asking for payment for a package valued at US $44.96/mo. I had not used this plan before. Can anyone help me, please? I sincerely appreciate it!

I chatted with support a day ago, and the result was that they had canceled the Adobe subscription plans. However, today I still received an email notification about the renewal.
Would deleting my Adobe account end this issue? Or is there another solution? I'm also considering not using Adobe anymore.

If they cancelled your subscription, you can just ignore the renewal notification.
