I'm trying to cancel my subscription for 3 months now.
The site says if i don't update my payment method, the plan will be automatically cancelled.
That being said I have received an email, 3 months in a row, complaining that my payment method is invalid, despite the fact that the plan should have cancelled itself after the first month, no?
The fact that i'd need to update my payment method (and seemingly pay for the month that i didn't want and shouldn't have been charged for) to cancel the subscription via the "manage my plan" screen is a complete joke and utterly predatory.
