Hi,

So I have moved countries a while ago - however, couldn't figure out a way to cancel my monthly-billed annual subscription, so I left it as it was, because I didn't want to pay a fine for cancelling early.
At the end of September 2022, my subscription renewed automatically, but my old debit card is not in use anymore, so there were no funds to cover the monthly payment.

Now of course, it was my fault that I didn't pay attention and cancel my plan in the last month, but now, I can't manage my plan until October is paid for which I don't want to do, because I'm afraid I will automatically go into a new annual plan, and pay for it in GBP (used to live in UK, now in Hungary), while I don't even have an active bank account in that currency anymore.
Didn't even used the apps in October yet (I know it doesn't matter) but somehow I'd like to cancel my UK plan with UK payment details, and go into subs plan in my current country, without going into a new annual sub...
Couldn't really find a chat, phone or email option to talk to someone to resolve this.

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
