Question

I need help. Please. [Want to cancel a plan which has automatically renewed]

About a year ago, I got Adobe to cover my needs for my art and design class. I got the student discount I think, and I paid £28 roughly per month. But due to unforeseen health issues, I am no longer in college. I received emails that it was ending soon and I suspected that the payments would stop.

I was charged £58 today for a service I no longer use and I cannot cancel it because it wants me to pay nearly £300. Please, please, help me. I cannot afford this. I am struggling to pay for food. Please help. Please cancel it and return the money. Please.

Hi there,

I see you have an active Creative cloud all apps susbcription under the same ID as with forums. The suscription is 7 days old and can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. Please see the article for help: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Hope this helps! Feel free to update the thread for any other queries.

Thanks

Kanika

subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel around the time your subscription ends.  it sounds like your subscription just ended so contact adobe support for help.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
