I have just got a email saying that I need to pay for another year of my subscription as I didn't relize it was still alive as I thought I cancelled it. I have now cancelled it right away meaning I have done it before 14 days is up. How do I go about getting my refund. Do I need to request it or does it just happen once I have cancelled it. Someone please help. This is a lot of money I don't want to waste.

for others, if you have an annual subscription paid monthly, cancel after your 12 payment is received and before the newal date (which is 1 year after you start your trial or subscription whichever is first).

for @King38463640lx5s , make your case to adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
