I need to cancel my account.

I need to cancel my accounts as soon as possible before my tiral expires, but the system will not let me. The cancellation area says "You’ll be able to manage this plan shortly."

 

Please help! I dont want to be charged for these services!

Hi Anand, 


I have attempted to follow the cancellation tutorial, however it does not allow me to cancel. There is a note which says ""You’ll be able to manage this plan shortly.".  That notice has been there since day 1. I need to cancel this account as soon as possible. I no longer need these services. Please see the image below to see what Im talking about.

There is no way for me to update my payment method. The feature to do so simply says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" and has been that way since the day I created this account trial. At this point Im feeling like im being held hostage till payment is due... Can someone please just cancel this for me so I can avoid being charged?
