I need to cancel my plan without cancelation fee.

i was register for trail version after 2 days i tried to cancel the subscription but its failed becaue the procesure of cancel is so complecated and it's kinda misleading, so i couldn't cancel sucessufully. 

 

so i received the credit bill and notice i was bill and actually i dont want the service and i know i dont need it also, but i try to cancel the plan again, it said will charge HKD 1006 cancelation fee, how can i cancel my plan without it, it dose not make sense because i really try my best to cancel, i dont even know the cancel it failed.

 

Who or what email i can contact with to cancel my plan without cancelation fee.

 

Please help me to slove
