I need to cancel my subscription

I need to cancel this Creative Cloud subscription, I have issues with my brain now that mean I can’t use this any longer, you’re punishing me for being neurologically disabled by threatening me with a fee to leave, what about the money you have taken for a service that I’ve been unable to use? Think you’re a rip off, also with closing the ipad apps too, it’s not worth the money now, even if I could use it, which with FND, M.E and Fibromyalgia, I can barely guide a mouse or pencil.

Thank you for your response, I'll take a look when I'm functioning a little better, maybe a morning thing, just hate that I keep missing the renewal somehow, probably my symptoms keeping me occupied, just can't use something i'm paying for.
