I have two profile under one log in. The personal account has a plan associated with it that I don't use. I'm getting notified that there's a billing issue. My other plan is up-to-date. I'd like to delete the expired plan but I want to make sure I don't lose any files. Is that a risk?
We reviewed the email that you used to post here and found that your account is currently linked to 2 plans, Creative Cloud for Individuals & Creative Cloud for Teams.
Since the plan that you want assistance with canceling is the Individual Plan, We will be moving this thread to the Accounts, Payments, and Plans forums.
