I paid but have no subscription

I paid for a year to access Adobe on the 4th of july, but I don't have an account anymore, just an option for the free trial version. And in no way possible can I find the chat/telephonenumber.

So you get the money and then one is left to their own devices? Not very happy over here...

Please let me know how you are going to fix this.

what problem are you seeing?  the cc desktop app showing trail buttons instead of install?  something else?

I am having the same problem, I am fully paid up until 2021 but I cannot gain access to covert from word to pdf and vice versa, the pop up keeps telling me that I have no subscription and when I click on the link to subcribe (just to see what it does) I am told I have a subscription already. Customer Services don't seem to get it when I explain. Any Adobe technical people got a solution? I am being robbed of my money!!

One possibility is that, when you paid, you were logged on as a different person (who perhaps shares the computer). If so you may have given them a nice gift...
