I still get charged, despite my suscription being canceled.

Hi! I canceled my Adobe After Effects subscription in October 2023 and paid the cancellation fee. Despite this, I’ve continued to be charged monthly ever since.

When I try to cancel the plan again, it tells me I have no active subscriptions; which makes sense, because I already canceled it years ago. I contacted the virtual assistant, but it also says I have no plan and doesn’t really help.

I'm really frustrated at this point and don’t know what else to do. I’m being charged for a subscription that supposedly doesn’t exist. I’d appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this and get a refund.

I understand, it's just that the virtual assistant won't let me contact a staff member. I did some research and found out that adobe apparently makes masked emails if you log in using your Apple ID which employees cannot access. I believe this might be the charges' source. Is there any way you could check this?

Anonymous, thanks for posting about the charges you are still receiving from Adobe. I don't see any active or recent subscriptions under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please make sure to log in under the account you used to purchase After Effects if you want to access or manage the subscription. You can find information on how to request a password reset at https://adobe.ly/4l5s8hC. ^JW

That's the problem, I canceled the suscription in 2023 with a fee, and it doesn't show up in my account. However, I still get charged. I only have one account, which I used to purchase after effects and to post this.
