I used a burner email to setup me account; how can I fix my payment error with the account?

Without that email as proof support will not know that you own the account

if you still have problems, there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
