I used to think Adobe was a reputable company

Went to cancel my $20/month subscription that I no longer need, and learned that you're just a bunch of money grubbing scammers.  Now I will avoid using your products at all costs.  You're losing us one by one.

Hi @Steve38103111wujh,

We're sorry for any bad experience you've had. I checked your account details and found that you subscribed to annual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro on March 13, 2024.

I can see that you proceeded with cancellation and the term will end on June 21, 2024.

Do you have any questions/concerns that you'd like to share? Let us know.

Thanks,

Shivangi

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while starting a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription
