I WANT A REFUND ON MY ADOBE SUBSCRIPTION

I recently signed up for a 7-day free trial, but unfortunately, I forgot to cancel before it ended. Today, I was charged $19.99 USD, and as soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription.
Since your policy states that a refund is possible if canceled within the allowed period, I kindly request a full refund for this accidental charge. I have read that the refund should be processed within 5 business days, and I would appreciate confirmation that my refund is being processed.
