Hallo,
kann mir jemand helfen wie ich eine Rückerstattung beantrage?

Ich habe eine Lizenz von der Arbeit bekommen und habe nun die jährliche Zahlung abgebucht bekommen und möchte diese nun nach der direkten Kündigung rückerstattet bekommen.
