ID de IVA con errores

Solo me deja actualizar los datos de mi tarjeta, pero no deja meter mi RFC para el comprobante INVOICE de México, me sale un mensaje de ID de IVA con errores

No contestan en el telefono, no te atiene una persona siempre es el Chat box, pero si hacen el cargo recurrente en mi tarjeta sin problema

Tampoco logro cambiar mi RFC ni actualizar mi mètodo de pago, por lo tanto me bloquearon el servicio, me sigue apareciendo Error en escribir el IVA. Uds ya se asomaron a ver su factura? a mi me apareciò las primeras facturas con un RFC que no es el mìo y que nunca puse:

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
