No contestan en el telefono, no te atiene una persona siempre es el Chat box, pero si hacen el cargo recurrente en mi tarjeta sin problema

Yo tengo el mismo problema. ¿Pudiste resolverlo? En su caso me indicas cómo por favor que yo no he podido. Responden siempre lo mismo, que hable a mi banco, y el banco se rie. Cobran el iva pero impiden facturar.

Tampoco logro cambiar mi RFC ni actualizar mi mètodo de pago, por lo tanto me bloquearon el servicio, me sigue apareciendo Error en escribir el IVA. Uds ya se asomaron a ver su factura? a mi me apareciò las primeras facturas con un RFC que no es el mìo y que nunca puse:
Número de registro de IVA: REMOVED

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....

Thanks @kglad but:
- The first link doesn't work for me, whenever I try to update my paying method, it doesn't allow me to update the country, it's blocked.
- I contacted customer care, but they didn't help me. The only "solution" they gave me was to "create a new account with the new email of the new country", as if you would create a new email account every time you travel...
- the phones doesn't work in Argentina.

i'm not sure what you want to change, but these are the possibilities and restrictions before you get to your invoice:
The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:

thanks @kglad the first link you send is what I need, but when I try to do it, I can't change the country, it's blocked (check the screenshot). That's the problem.

did you select argentina here and tick the box to remember, https://www.adobe.com/international/selector/
then clear your cache (but not cookies) of adobe.com files and go to the subscription page, https://creative.adobe.com/plans
