Even though we are asked to talk about issues pertinate to the topic, like, hey don't talk about Acrobat in the Lightroom forum, I see conversation about billing, account and plan moved to the item trialed or purchased.

These people really have things messed up.

I want to cancel my subscription to Illustrator. I do not want to be charged one more day for a product that infuriates me. Yet, if I opt out before August 20th or so, I get an early termination fee, which was never openly talked about, you had to go into the fine print to root out that nugget.

You know what? The early termination fee might be worth the freedom from Adobe aggravation. Let me think on that.
